Imports, Migration & Image Library API

Podifai does not provide self-service bulk import of options and prices, automatic migration from other customizer apps, or an image library API. Our team can help rebuild an existing setup.

Bulk Options and Prices

There is no merchant-facing bulk import tool for options, values, or prices. Use the chat icon on the left side of the page or email chelsea@podifai.com with your data and requirements. Our team can sometimes bulk-load a setup for you. Send your data and we will tell you whether and when we can do it. This is not a guaranteed service or a supported upload format.

What You Can Do Yourself

• Save one product's setup as a template, then link or copy it to your other products. See Templates Overview.
• Add image choices one by one with Image Swatch.

Moving from Another App

Automatic migration is not supported. Our team can assist with rebuilding your options in Podifai. Share the source app, a representative product, option labels and values, pricing rules, and preview requirements so the team can assess the work.

Rebuilding a setup does not mean every source-app feature has a Podifai equivalent. Check the supported options and review a rebuilt product before expanding to more products.

Automatically Syncing Images from Another System (Image Library API)

Podifai does not support supplying or synchronizing an image library through an API (an automatic feed of images from another system). Configure merchant-provided image choices in the editor using Image Swatch.
