The vendor pricing table puts customization pricing rules and Bulk Variation Forms on Grow. Configuration pricing rules are listed separately on Scale. For Shopify 3D options, Composer also documents linking an existing variant or creating a charge; qualify the exact use case and plan.
The vendor describes a fee per customized item using its final price, excluding tax and shipping. The standalone 3D/AR Viewer is excluded. The Shopify listing says a 2-cent minimum while the vendor page says $0.03, so confirm the applicable minimum in your account.
Orders generate PDF, PNG, SVG and DXF per print area. DXF excludes raster content unless vectorized; EPS/AI and mixed PDFs are rasterized on upload. Download the full ZIP for all sides and inspect the supplier file. SVG can contain embedded raster images; complex PDFs may also be rasterized. Inspect actual paths before cutting or engraving.
Its native integration can transfer mapped, paid orders, but manual confirmation is the default. Automatic fulfillment must be enabled, native catalogs are limited to the master sales channel, and multiple designs of the same variant can require manual draft correction. A documented integration is not proof that a particular supplier received a tested order.
When the required experience is supported layered 2D personalization and the supplier accepts the documented PNG output. Compare the complete plan and production workflow; this review does not claim faster setup, better support or equivalent 3D/POD functionality.
