Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing podifai.com, installing Podifai Product Customizer, or using any related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

2. Services

Podifai provides Shopify product customization software, documentation, support resources, and related tools. Features may change as we improve the product, add integrations, or update platform compatibility.

3. Accounts and Shopify Access

You are responsible for maintaining access to your Shopify account and for the accuracy of information you provide to Podifai. You authorize Podifai to access the Shopify data needed to provide the app features you enable.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use Podifai to violate laws, platform rules, or third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes intellectual property.

5. Merchant Content and Store Data

You retain ownership of product images, configuration data, uploaded assets, and other content you provide. You grant Podifai the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content for the purpose of operating the service.

6. Data Deletion After Uninstall

If you uninstall Podifai Product Customizer from your Shopify store, the app data associated with your store will be deleted from Podifai's systems, subject to any limited retention required for security, legal, or operational records.

7. Pricing and Availability

Podifai is currently free for the first 1,000 Shopify stores with all current features included. Podifai does not currently charge merchants for using the service. Future plans, limits, or paid tiers may be introduced for new customers, with current customers notified of any material changes that affect them before those changes apply.

8. Third-Party Services

Podifai integrates with Shopify and may link to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms outside our control.

9. Disclaimers

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Podifai disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Podifai Pty Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.

11. Termination

You may stop using Podifai at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, or use the service unlawfully.
